Payments

Payment is due via cash, check or debit card upon completion of project or services. Remit all payments to: Leaf It To Us LLC. Payments mailed are due upon completion and should be sent to the following address: P.O. Box 8514; Saint Louis, MO, 63126. Check Writer: When you pay by check, you expressly authorize Leaf It To Us LLC to electronically debit your account for the amount of the check. If your check is dishonored or returned for any reason you will be charged a $25.00 processing fee. Monthly invoices are sent out at the beginning of the month before work is performed. Payment is due no later than the 15th of the month. Past Due Accounts: Your past due invoices may be assessed a 1.5% per month charge____ Clients will be responsible for all cost of collection including court cost and attorney fees _____ A lien will be applied to the property should payment not be made. Increased fuel prices may result in an increase in contracted prices. No services will be performed outside of the contract or proposal. Change work order has to be agreed upon by client and Leaf It To Us before work can begin. _Any additional services outside the contract are subject to additional charges.

There will be a $30 minimum trip charge when services are not cancelled in advance. To avoid the trip charge, call to cancel the service at least 24 hours in advance. There will also be a $30 trip charge when we have to return to the site due to inaccessibility of the property at time of service. _____

Extenuating Circumstances

Leaf It To Us LLC reserves the right to charge extra for excessive length. Grass and weeds on residential and commercial property cannot be taller than eight (8) inches ______ Cable, phone lines and sprinkler heads and other obstacles must be marked prior to all work. Leaf It To Us LLC is not responsible for damage to these items. Prior to the work, the property owner must remove water hoses, sprinkler heads, landscape lights, yard equipment, toys, trash etc. Leaf It To Us LLC is not responsible for damage to these items. Property lines must be clearly marked to prevent intrusion into adjoining properties. Leaf It To Us may use images in marketing material or social media. _____

Warranty

Leaf It To Us LLC, has a 1-year warranty on workmanship of Hardscape only. Damage caused by weather “act of God”, flooding, extreme wind, etc. is not covered. All shrubs, bushes and trees have a 90-day warranty. Transplanted shrubs, bushes, trees and flowers are not covered by the warranty. Annual, and Perennial flowers are not covered by any warranty. Client is responsible for labor cost on any warranty services. Client is responsible for watering lawn, plants, and shrubs after installation. Leaf It To Us LLC does not guarantee the results of overseeding, fertilization or sod. _____

Scheduling: Leaf It To Us LLC, installation dates can be changed at any time. We will notify customer within a reasonable time and offer an alternate schedule. Some product installation requires split schedules for completion of projects; customer will be advised of scheduling times for these installations. _____

Cancellations

Missouri law allows cancellation within 3 business days after the date agreement has been signed. Leaf It To Us LLC enforces a 20% cancellation fee for damages incurred from cancellation beyond this period. Leaf It To Us LLC reserves the right to cancel monthly (or) yearly contracts for any reason including consistent delinquent payments. Either party may cancel monthly contracts at any time with no penalties incurred. This proposal may be withdrawn by the contractor, if not accepted within 30 calendar days. _____

The Season begins the last week of March and ends the last week of October. Gasoline Surcharges: This bid is based on gas cost up to $2.84 per gallon. Acceptance of Contract/Proposal: The prices and specifications are agreed to and Leaf It To Us LLC is authorized to do the work on the property. Invoices will be sent out at the beginning of the month, before the services are performed. Payment of monthly invoices are due no later than the 15th of the month. _____

If my Invoice is not paid in full, according to the terms of the invoice, I agree to pay 1.5% interest-per month on past due amounts. _____
